My yoga classes are designed with a focus on nervous system regulation to stabilize your hormones and promote overall health and wellbeing. Using the Maya Yoga Method which blends my education in yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional and rehabilitative exercise, I will guide you through specific movements and breathing exercises that have been shown to reduce stress, balance your hormones and reconnect you back to your SELF - so healing can flourish.

Through a regular yoga practice of mindful, nourishing (yet potent) movements and breathing exercises, you'll find relief from the physical and emotional symptoms that often accompany these conditions. 

I believe that every woman CAN and deserves to feel her best, both physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

My intimate yoga classes offer a safe and supportive environment with a “private attention” feel where you can connect with your body and mind to achieve optimal health.
