Using the Maya Yoga Method which blends my education in yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, functional and rehabilitative exercise, I will guide you through specific movements and breathing exercises that have been shown to reduce stress, balance your hormones and reconnect you back to your SELF - so healing can flourish.
Through a regular yoga practice of mindful, nourishing (yet potent) movements and breathing exercises, you'll find relief from the physical and emotional symptoms that often accompany these conditions.
